巴勒斯坦解放組織 (阿拉伯文：منظمة التحرير الفلسطينية‎ Munaẓẓamat at-Taḥrīr al-Filasṭīniyyah，英文：Palestinian Liberation Organization，簡稱 PLO)，中文簡稱做巴解，係一個巴勒斯坦人嘅民族主義組織，依家已經畀聯合國承認咗係巴勒斯坦人唯一嘅官方代表組織[11][12]。

歷史[編輯]

呢個組織喺1964年創辦，目標係喺英屬巴勒斯坦嘅全部地方，成立一個阿拉伯人嘅國家，即係支持剷走以色列國。不過，到1993年，PLO 同以色列簽咗《奧斯陸協議》，正式改咗佢哋嘅立場到去支持兩國方案。到依家，呢個組織嘅大部分成員都係支持喺西岸地區同加沙走廊成立巴勒斯坦國，不過入面仍然有少數嘅成員，係完全反對以色列存在。

自從1974年以嚟，聯合國大會承認咗PLO做觀察成員[b][13]。喺簽《奧斯陸協議》之前，個組織曾經唔耐就針對以色列搞刺殺或者暴動[14][15][16]，所以喺1987年畀美國定咗做恐怖組織。不過，美國仍然有唔同途徑去同佢溝通[17][18]，其中包括搞喺1993年傾好嘅《奧斯陸協議》。呢份協議係任何巴勒斯坦嘅組織，第一次講明承認之前一路都話要剷走嘅以色列，係兩國方案重大嘅里程碑[19]。同時，以色列亦都承認咗PLO做巴勒斯坦人嘅代表。

不過，個組織入面仍然有成員係反對呢個決定，所以亦有參與之後針對以色列嘅暴力，例如第二次起義（英文：Second Intifada）。喺2018年10月29號，個組織嘅委員會撤回咗佢對以色列嘅外交承認，直至以色列同意會承認返巴勒斯坦國[c]。[20][21]。
